How you pay your tax

Every quarter of the financial year NannyPaye will notify you in writing of the amounts of PAYE and National Insurance that are due. In our letter we detail every single payment we have recorded so that you are able to keep your own records.

To pay the bill you simply write out a cheque made payable to the HM Revenue and Customs and return it back to us. We then forward that cheque onto the correct accounts office with supporting documents as needed.

At NannyPaye we have a unique tax tracking system, which allows us to send you a statement each quarter representing any under or overpayments that you may have made. We appreciate that many households are very busy and that it is easy to simply forget to pay your tax bill, with this system it means that you will be reminded with your next bill that you missed the last. This is one of our many resources to ensure your account with HMRC is kept in good stead.
